Welcome. Whether you are considering counseling for yourself, a loved one, or a friend, it’s important to find counsel you can trust. At liberti, we believe that we are created in God’s image. In response, we are made for worship, either of God or a created thing. Scripture ultimately points us to a Person and a relationship – Jesus Christ. We provide individuals, family and couples with pastoral counseling that is based on the truth and grace of the gospel to help face the pressures in life. People come to counseling with problems that are often complex. These pressures might be considered as physiological or relational. Our counselors are trained to break and help identify the unhealthy patterns of dependence in what often become God-substitutes in their lives. Our counselors listen carefully and will explore the individual’s view of his or her situation based on three perspectives: the existential, the situational and the normative. The counselors of liberti have been formally trained to counsel and are committed to bring in biblical perspective as they themselves have experienced the need for gospel change in their lives. We are a supported ministry of liberti: Fairmount and offer pastoral counseling to all In-covenant members and regular attendees of liberti: Fairmount. We are also open to those outside of the community.
